For contractors and buyers
Purchasing report: what you spent, on what, and how much you saved
Every RFQ you award after several suppliers compete shows up with its value and the gap between the quotation you chose, the highest quotation and the average quotation.
"Ataam saved you SAR X"
What you saved against the highest and the average quotation on the RFQs you awarded in the period, with a breakdown per RFQ.
Spend by project, category and supplier
Total spend, number of orders, average order value and number of suppliers, broken down by your projects, material categories and suppliers.
Open orders and payables aging
Purchase orders not yet closed with the balance left on each, and what you owe by days overdue.
Supplier performance On higher plans
On-time delivery, quantity accepted after inspection, time to accept the order and a price index against market quotations on the same lines — so you know who to keep working with.
For suppliers and manufacturers
Sales & market report: your win rate, your response time and the opportunities you missed
See how many quotations you sent and how many you won, compare your response time and win rate with the market median, and find the matching RFQs in your categories and coverage that you did not quote.
Sales and win rate
Total sales, orders, quotations sent, win rate and number of buyers — by buyer, category and region — with receivables aging.
Response time and win rate vs the market On higher plans
How many hours you take to answer an RFQ against the market median, and your win rate against the market rate — market figures are rates and medians only.
Missed opportunities On higher plans
RFQs that matched your categories and coverage (or invited you) that you did not quote; the open ones can be quoted straight from the report.
Most requested in your market On higher plans
The categories and items most requested in your categories and regions during the period, to plan stock and offers.

Bids sent and won, claims submitted, paid and overdue, retention held as works guarantee, and active contracts with their progress.
Labour utilisation
Active engagements, workers on site and utilisation from approved timesheets, with billed and received per engagement.

Delivered trips, revenue, average trip value and trips in progress, by pickup region and customer.
Verified performance profile
A verified performance profile you share by link or PDF
One page that sums up your record on Ataam: membership, verified capabilities and classification, orders fulfilled, on-time delivery and payment, approved claims — all computed from platform records, nothing self-declared.
A share link you control
Turn sharing on and copy the link for a customer, a financier or an insurer; stop it or replace it with a new link at any time (owner and managers).

Download the profile as PDF to attach to a proposal or a prequalification file.
Verifiable figures
On-time delivery, accepted quantity, on-time payment and cancellation rate — with a "limited history" note for new companies.

Tools in every report
What makes a report fit for a meeting and a decision, not just a display.
Preset or custom periods
Last 7, 30 or 90 days, this month, quarter or year, last 12 months, or your own range — compared with the previous period.
Excel and PDF export
Export any report for the selected period to share with management or your accountant.
Monthly summary e-mail
On the 1st of each month the owner receives last month's summary: key numbers, how much you saved and the opportunities you missed — it can be turned off in settings.
Role-based access
Owners and managers see every report; Purchasing sees the purchasing report, Sales sees sales and services, and Accountants see both.
What is included in each plan?
Core reports are available to every company according to its activity. Advanced reports — supplier performance, response time and win rate vs the market, missed opportunities and most requested items — are on the higher plans.
See the plansYour data stays yours
Every report covers your own company only. Market figures are aggregated rates and medians that never reveal another company's data, and your performance profile is visible only to people you send the link to while sharing is on.
Reports FAQ
Where do the report figures come from?
From your company's transactions on Ataam: RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, payments, progress claims, timesheets and shipments. No figure in a report is typed in by hand.
How is "Ataam saved you" calculated?
For each line you awarded on an RFQ that received two or more quotations: the highest quoted price minus the price you chose, times the awarded quantity, before VAT. The saving against the average quotation is shown next to it.
Can competitors see my data in the market comparison?
No. The market comparison shows only the market's median response time and overall win rate, never the name or figures of any company.
What is the difference between core and advanced reports?
Core reports cover purchasing, sales, claims, labour, transport, the performance profile and export. Advanced reports add supplier performance, the market comparison, missed opportunities and most requested items, on the higher plans.
Can I share my performance profile with a bank or a customer?
Yes. Turn sharing on and send the link, or download a PDF copy. You can stop or replace the link at any time and the old link stops working.
Who on my team can see the reports?
Owners and managers see all reports. Purchasing members see the purchasing report, Sales members see sales, subcontracting, labour and transport, and Accountants see both.
