How does it work?
Share your link
From the Invite & Earn page in the dashboard, copy your invitation link or code, or share it on WhatsApp.
The company signs up
The invited company signs up with your link and the Ataam team verifies its commercial registration.
It starts working
It completes its profile and performs a real action within 30 days: an RFQ, a quotation, a product, a purchase order or a bid.
You get your reward
It counts as a qualified referral and the reward arrives automatically with a notification; follow your progress on the program page.
Rewards
The reward depends on your company's subscription.
During the trial
Within 180 days of your subscription start: 12 qualified referrals = the next plan free for a year; 24 referrals = the top plan free for a year.
Paid plans
Each qualified referral adds 15 free days to your subscription, up to 365 days in 12 months — also after you earned an upgrade from the program.
For the invited company
A company that signs up through your invitation gets 30 extra days on its free trial.
Invite suppliers from your RFQs
When you publish an RFQ you can invite a supplier who is not on Ataam by mobile number or e-mail.
A message in your company's name
The supplier receives an SMS or e-mail in Arabic and English — «your company requests a quotation on Ataam» — with a sign-up link.
Sees the RFQ once verified
Once its commercial registration is verified, the RFQ shows up and it can quote.
Counts as your referral
When the supplier qualifies, it counts as your Invite & Earn referral.
Respects the recipient
Recipients can stop invitations from the link, and daily invitation limits apply.
The «Referral Partner» title
Ataam gives its top inviters the «Referral Partner» title with a gold trophy badge.
A visible gold badge
Shown next to your company name on its public profile, seller cards and quotations.
Top inviters every month
The month's top inviters earn the title, as do companies passing a set number of qualified referrals.
Real referrals only
Duplicate referrals, or ones sharing your mobile number, e-mail or commercial registration, do not count, and each company counts once. Ataam may review suspicious referrals; the terms in force are shown in the dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
When does a referral qualify?
When the company signs up with your link or code, its commercial registration is verified, it completes its profile and performs a real action on Ataam within 30 days of signing up.
What is a real action?
Publishing an RFQ, sending a quotation, adding a product or service, issuing a purchase order, bidding on a tender, or a labour or transport offer.
How long is the free upgrade?
A full year from the day you reach the required number of referrals. If you reach the second tier after the first, you move to the top plan for a year from the 24th referral.
Is there a limit on free days?
Yes — at most 365 free days in any 12 consecutive months.
What does the company I invite get?
30 extra days on its free trial.
Where do I follow my invitations?
On the Invite & Earn page in the dashboard: your link and code, your progress, the companies you invited and their status, and your rewards history.
